Head of Customer Success Manager E-commerce / SaaS Technology Duties:
• Managing a growing Customers success Team independently
• increasing customers’ base using a strategic CSM approach
• Working directly with the CEO to implement strategy.
• Managing the team, enabling them to manage account growth implementation through retention and upselling
• Accounts and client’s relationship building
• Delivery growth plans both short term and or upsell.
• Performance data analysis and insights delivery


Head of Customer Success Manager E-commerce / SaaS Technology - In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
• Strong client relationship building at either C – Level or enterprise account management experience as well as retaining and growing business skills.
