Job Description:

Manufacturing Excellence: Lead and optimize manufacturing facilities across the EMEA region, focusing on efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety. Collaborate closely with site leaders to align manufacturing processes with global strategies.

Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to the EMEA region, promoting supply chain resilience, robust supplier partnerships, and cost optimization.

Supply Chain Resilience: Establish and implement contingency plans to proactively address potential disruptions in the supply chain or operations.

Client Services Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the Client Services, Technical Services, and Sales Operations teams. Set and maintain quality standards, drive customer satisfaction, and enhance service revenue streams.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a pivotal liaison between the Operations and Commercial teams. Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations partners to align efforts and meet business objectives.

Budget Management: Effectively manage the Operations budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets.

Performance Metrics: Implement performance metrics and regularly provide reports to the senior leadership team, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and German.

• Educated to degree level in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in an operations or supply chain leadership role.

• Background in a multinational company with a focus on manufacturing, procurement, and services.

• Exceptional managerial skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel as required within the EMEA region.
