Our client, an International Services Provider are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join them in their offices to the North West of London is currently recruiting for a German speaking HR Advisor to start as soon as possible.

Previous experience in HR and knowledge of payroll and benefits, onboarding and general HR policy and procedures will be needed to ensure enquires from across the business are dealt with effectively whilst keeping all records and administration up to date and accurate.

You will be a point of contact for all HR related queries, this is a fabulous opportunity to gain HR experience in an international company and work as part of a busy and team. 1 day per week in the office, more during the first months for training.

Human Resources Advisor - Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible advising both employees and departments on timelines

  • Ensure 100% accuracy of employee data on HR system and files

  • Payroll, contracts, promotion administration

  • Answering payroll queries including sickness and holiday

  • Sickness, holiday approval, reference letters

  • Collating information on benefits including healthcare and pension 

  • Provide advice and build strong working relationship with internal teams

  • Employee relations administration

  • Actively participate in the improvement of HR processes and practices

  • Support in recruitment activities

  • Reporting to HR Advice Manager

Profile of the HR Coordinator:

  • Fluent German

  • Fluent English both spoken and written

  • Previous experience in core HR processes

  • Knowledge of German Employment law

  • Experience working in HR in Germany

  • Good command of MS Office and Strong Administration skills

  • Discrete and committed to confidentiality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
