Our client, an international banking client based in West London is currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to start as soon as possible.

Previous experience in HR and knowledge of onboarding and general HR policy and procedures will be needed to ensure the smooth running of the HR department, with particular focus on keeping all records and administration up to date and accurate.

You will be the point of contact for all HR related queries in their London offices, this is a fabulous opportunity to gain HR experience in the world of finance and work as part of a busy team. Office based, with regular working hours.

Human Resources Assistant Key responsibilities

·        Responsible for the on-boarding processes, leavers administration as well as contracts

·        Ensure 100% accuracy of employee data on HR system and files

·        Preparing all payroll information including sickness and holiday to be processed

·        Assist in answering HR queries (sickness, holiday approval, reference letters)

·        Produce and format HR reports for senior management 

·        Administering the benefits including healthcare and pension 

·        Provide advice and build strong working relationship with internal teams

·        Actively participate in the improvement of HR processes and practices

·        Support in recruitment activities

·        Reporting to HR Manager

Profile of the HR Assistant

·        Fluent English both spoken and written

·        Previous experience in core HR processes

·        CIPD studies advantageous

·        Good command of MS Office and Strong Administration skills

·        Discrete and committed to confidentiality

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Organised with excellent attention to detail
