Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an Hungarian and English-speaking Digital Marketing Manager based in Budapest Hungary and to report to the International director based overseas.

Hungarian Ecommerce CRM Digital Manager - Duties:

Creating ecommerce and digital consumer data commerce strategy for the Hungarian digital market
Planning digital ecommerce activities as well as loyalty programs
Running digital loyalty campaigns aiming at targeting specific audiences to achieve repletion etc
Digital Transactional product planning
Project budgeting
Dealing with other digital channels teams
Defining digital KPI’s, results and data monitoring as well as performance analysis and tracking
Audience segmentation and analysis performed together with other teams
Defining CRM strategy and digital tools implementation
Performance Tracking and enhancement
Ecommerce engagement and awareness
Drafting analytical market reports
Planning consumer Digital activities and promotions as well using new platforms and tools
Working with advertising agencies

Hungarian Ecommerce CRM Digital Manager Budapest - Requirements:

• Hungarian to native standards with fluent English written and spoken
• Based in Budapest or willing to relocate to Budapest
• Previous ecommerce or digital commerce experience with Loyalty program database building and or CRM exposure, mobile and measurement is a must for this role
• Strong experience in digital project management and budgeting
• Previous ad / digital agency experience is a must
• Stake holder relationship building experience as well as an entrepreneurial and insightful approach turning challenges into opportunities
• Ability work in a fast pace environment
• Passionate about ecommerce, digital campaigns loyalty programs
Digital analytics skills such as google analytics or similar
• Great project management and organizations skills
