Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Customer Service coordinator, Production Merchandiser, Order management specialist, supply chain analyst, export, or sales administrator to join of a thriving international company in the life sciences.

 

Language skills in French, Dutch, Polish, German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Spanish are highly desirable

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with international distributors in regions where company does not work directly (i.e., Africa or Eastern Europe).

  • Work closely with shipping department, production & stock planners as well as the commercial team to confirm orders, plan production and freight of goods

  • Participate in meetings with distributors on upcoming orders and ongoing deliveries

  • Manage the full order cycle from processing to invoicing

  • Monitor deliveries and shipments

 

Profile:

  •  Fluent English both spoken and written

  • Language skills in French, Dutch, Polish, German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Spanish are highly desirable

  • Great attention to details and problem-solving mind-set

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role in customer service, order management, logistics, import/export, merchandising

  • Order Management systems experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)

 

We will consider candidates with a background in business-to-business customer service, project or order administration, import/export, supply chain, production merchandising, account management or inside sales.
