This is a unique opportunity for an International Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiter and Head-hunter who has experience in the technology sector and who is looking to grow their career within a Global organization

You will manage the whole recruiting process, working with the stake holders ,sourcing and headhunt talent  as well as working with external agencies; building an amazing company recruitment brand.

International Talent Acquisition Manager – Inhouse Fluency in English and ideally either Czech and or Slovak is required for this role

- Duties:

  • Be responsible for international vacancy management
  • Working with stake holders, in order to create attractive and catchy job specs
  • Identifying vacancy salaries at international level in order to get company approval
  • Taking roles briefing from stake holders as well as selecting external agencies to work on it when needed
  • Advertising roles across various channels and social media
  • Enhance company referral system
  • Headhunting talent using social media and word of mouth as well as networking
  • Managing CV’s screening and job ads
  • Arranging video and phone interviews
  • Assisting HR team with candidate offers
  • Managing agencies and PSL
  • Attending international recruitment events
  • Travelling overseas to visit international offices implementing an international recruitment culture

 

 

International Talent Acquisition Manager - Inhouse  Fluency in English and ideally either Czech and or Slovak is required for this role  must have:

 

  • Fluency in English and ideally either Czech and or Slovak is required for this role
  • At least a couple of years’ full cycle experience as either  an International recruiter, talent acquisition manager or Head-hunter is needed for this role
  • Ideally knowledge of experience in the technology sector as well as having worked in technology role; although this is not a must but highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Match making and persuading skills
  • Experience of using applicant tracking systems
  • Previous experience of dealing with external agencies.
  • Strong organisational skills
