LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking for a Spanish and Italian  speaking Customer Service Coordinator - Administrator

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international company

 Spanish and Italian  speaking Customer Service Coordinator – Administrator Duties:

• Dealing with return queries from EMEA customers
• Dealing with Replacement requests
• Escalating requests to the Technical Support team when needed
• Managing logistical issues.
• Attending product training.
• Updating the database.

Spanish and Italian  speaking Customer Service Coordinator – Administrator In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Fluent in Spanish and Italian (trilingual) and English
• Excellent communication skills

• Customer service experience at least 9 months
• Experience of dealing with customers on the phone and in email
• Strong admin and organizational skills
