LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking for a Spanish and Italian speaking Customer Service Coordinator - Administrator
You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international company
Spanish and Italian speaking Customer Service Coordinator – Administrator Duties:
- Dealing with return queries from EMEA customers
- Dealing with Replacement requests
- Escalating requests to the Technical Support team when needed
- Managing logistical issues.
- Attending product training.
- Updating the database.
Spanish and Italian speaking Customer Service Coordinator – Administrator In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:
- Fluent in Spanish and Italian (trilingual) and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience at least 9 months
- Experience of dealing with customers on the phone and in email
- Strong admin and organizational skills
