Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting on behalf of a luxury chain in Central London, who is looking for a number of Italian Speaking Luxury Services Advisors

This role would suit a positive, well presented and professional individual, who feels comfortable working in this exclusive environment and has an understanding of the luxury sector.  If you feel you can bring something special to this international team apply immediately.

Duties of the Italian Luxury Services Advisor

• Provide Exemplary service related to all client needs by phone and email
• Communicate positively and effectively with clients and colleagues
• Understand client requirements and upsell where possible
• Cultivate strong client relations verbally and through written communication
• Maintain a pertinent database of client files
• Handing confidential information with the utmost professionalism
• Attending company training meetings
• Uphold and communicate brand values
• Deliver and coordinate any additional services required to the highest standard

Requirements of Italian Luxury Services Advisor

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Fluent in Italian essential, with an understanding of French highly desirable
• Available for shift work including weekends
• Experience of working in a customer service or sales environment
• Enthusiastic and flexible team player
• Excellent telephone manner and all round communication skills
• Punctual with a good work ethic
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of any hotel software an advantage
