Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a technical support engineer with an electronic and/or electrical background to join an innovative and world-renowned company based in London.

Using your technical knowledge and outstanding communication skills, you will deliver world-class support to the company’s European B to B clients and field engineers.

Fluency in English and Italian is essential for this position.

Support Engineer – Electrical or Electronics (with Italian) -Main Duties:

​

• Answer inbound queries across multiple communication channels

• Deliver technical expertise on company’s products, services, and systems

• Investigate any product or system issue and troubleshoot where required

• Ensure internal records are up-to-date and escalate client feedback where necessary

• Liaise with other departments to ensure clients are supported effectively and professionally

• Assist on Ad hoc technical support project

Italian speaking Tech Support Specialist – Electrical or Electronics - Profile:

​

• Fluency in English and Italian both Spoken and Written

• A Degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering or equivalent

• Previous experience in a similar role ideal

• Patient with a Client-centric mindset and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work within a team

• Hands-on personality with a can-do attitude

• Resilient and innovative problem solver
