Luxury Services Agent with Arabic and French

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Luxury Services provider in Central London, who is looking for a professional and confident Luxury Services Agent with Arabic and French language skills to join their team as soon as possible. Working with VIP and HNW clients you will assist them in booking and planning all the high end services they need.

Based at their fabulous London offices candidates should be well presented, punctual and discrete at all times. This role would suit an articulate candidate looking for a challenging role with experience working in a luxury service environment or dealing with HNWIs.

Duties of the Luxury Services Agent with Arabic and French

• Discovering what the best options for the VIP clients are understanding their lifestyle needs
• Meeting and exceeding member requirements
• Creating tailored lifestyle suggestions and service to luxury members
• Providing Exemplary service related to all client booking needs
• Cultivate strong client relations through verbal and written communication
• Maintain a pertinent database of client files
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers
• Research new services and suppliers when requested by client
• Handing confidential information with the utmost professionalism
• Effectively give any handover information

Requirements of the

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Fluent in French Written and spoken
• Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken
• Confident and clear telephone manner
• Degree level education preferred but not essential
• Able to work enthusiastically with others
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Orientated, with an eye for detail and a hard-working attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Available for shift work including weekends
