(LRS) Language Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for qualified translators / sports editors and writers to help support their international client based in the UK. You will be translating written content and working closely with Content Producers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have an interest in sports and translation, to contribute to a global organisation and develop your skills.

Responsibilities of the Malay Bahasa speaking Translator:
- Responsible for translating content from English into Malay
- Ensuring that final language versions fit the correct cultural context, and revising accordingly
- Proofreading material to ensure the original content and style of the source language is maintained in the target language
- Ensuring that final versions are well within the client’s branding and style guidelines


Requirements for the Malay Bahasa speaking Translator:
- Mother tongue level Malay both written and spoken
- Knowledge of digital media/social media of the Malaysian speaking market
- Experience of translation from English into Malay OR a Degree in Translation Studies is essential.
- A budding interest in Sports / Sports Writing is essential
