LRS (language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a part-time Mandarin Speaking Retail Administrator for a dynamic Global Company operating in the Luxury sector.

This is a unique opportunity for a Mandarin speaker to work in a face to face admin role, dealing with enquiries and offering an excellent customer service to very high- profile clients in the luxury retail sector. You will be calculating VAT refunds and so candidates should have good numerical skills with excellent communication skills.

Duties of the Mandarin Luxury Retail Administrator:

• Dealing with customers both face to face and via other channels to develop long-term relationship

• Answering queries and complaints in a professional manner

• Making sure the luxury area and reception area is always kept to high standards and the visual standards are kept to the best level

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with marketing and sales departments

• Responsible for the luxury area cash handling
