Based in the London Headquarters of a global Chinese corporation you will responsible for implementing future infrastructure projects along with the technical team, providing support to the operational teams as well as training and mentoring staff. Mandarin Tech Support Team Leader - Technical Manager - Main Duties
- Liaise with marketing & sales team to identify business opportunities, develop strategies and set sales targets
- Identify clients and internal contacts’ requirements and suggest IT solutions accordingly
- Responsible for infrastructure project budgeting as well as the planning of systems maintenance work
- Optimise server performance
- Create the operational technology mapping of the company’s operating system 
- In charge of installation, configuration and patching of the technical infrastructure
- Training, support and monitor other team members
- Support for production environments

Mandarin Tech Support Team Leader - Requirements
- Fluency in BOTH English and Mandarin is a must
- A degree in network or computer science is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Veeam solutions and UNIX technology
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Adaptable and able to take on new challenges
- Solid network skills with Cisco certification in routing and switching
- Strong commands of VPN configuration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
