LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is working with an established Insurance Services company, based in Central London, who is seeking a Trilingual Account Manager with English, French and Portuguese to join their dynamic and expanding team.

The right candidate will be a team player who takes responsibility for their clients and is available for occasional travel.

 

• Attending regular client meetings in the UK and abroad

• Professionally and quickly dealing with all enquiries

• Taking appropriate action in order to guide new and existing customers through the quotation process, and following up on this action by processing documentation

• Maintaining the database and website of the department

• Liaising with experts and claims specialists to provide the best possible service for our customers

• Translating administrative documentation from and into French and Portuguese

• Ensuring that up-to-date compliancy procedures are followed correctly

• Assisting in the development of promotional material for the company

 

• Excellent level of English with native-level French and Portuguese

• Experience in a customer service environment or proven team leading experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Office and Internet skills

• Solid administrative capabilities

• Ability to work to a tight deadline and follow company procedures

• Available for occasional travel
