Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a Project Coordinator- Construction with Mandarin for their client, a European Construction company based in the London. You will be reporting directly to the general Project Manager, using your technical, design and Mandarin skills to liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and clients to ensure that each project is completed in an efficient and timely manner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Project Management and Administration skills in a multicultural environment.

Duties of the Project Coordinator- Construction with Mandarin:

• Coordinating with shipping agencies, liaising with the logistics team

• Assisting the Project and Installation managers with administrative and ad-hoc duties

• Monitoring the design process throughout each stage of the project

• Ensuring that the Procurement and Planning teams are working together effectively

• Responsibility of reporting potential risks, time schedules and delays to the Project Manager

• Communicate with the Quality Assurance department to identify and correct problems

• Oversee project programmes

• Organise weekly project reports to ensure that all progress is reported satisfactorily

Requirements of the Project Coordinator- Construction with Mandarin:

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English

• Academic background in the construction or engineering sector

• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) knowledge is an advantage

• On-site experience preferred

• Ability to effectively liaise with clients, manufacturers and suppliers

• Solid administrative and organisation skills, high attention to detail
