​Project Manager – Biotechnology

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to plan and execute activities related to new product development, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, on schedule, and within budget.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager on site, the Project Manager will contribute to the dynamic field of biotechnology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Contribute to defining project scope and objectives.

• Prepare accurate budgets based on the scope of the project and required resource

• Anticipate and manage resources to achieve project objectives, both internally and externally.

• Create and oversee detailed project schedules and work plans.

• Track project costs to align with budgetary constraints.

• Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks.

• Regularly report project status providing insights into strategy, adjustment and progress.

• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards

• Measure and report project performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Profile:

• German language skills to native level with fluency in English

• Practical experience in an engineering or product development environment.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.

• Solid project management and related experience ideally in the medical or biotechnology sector

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications strongly preferred.

• Enthusiastic outlook, self-driven, and persistent in ensuring thorough follow-up and follow-through

• Knowledge of tools, methodologies, and best practices in project management software

• Shown proficiency in overseeing projects across their entire life cycle

• Effective organizational and analytical capabilities
