LRS (Language Recruitment Services is currently recruiting a dynamic Recruitment Assistant to join their busy team. The role is a mixture of Receptionist Administrator and Resourcer.
Responsibilities of the Resourcer:

Working with the Account Managers & Consultants you will be carrying out the following duties:
• Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
• Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
• Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
• Interview candidates over the phone or on skype and arrange face to face meeting with the Account Manager
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
• Contribute to team meetings as appropriate
• Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice as well as GDPR regulations

Responsibilities of the Administrator:
• Answering the telephone and transferring calls
• Looking after the main email post
• Meeting and greeting candidates and scanning ID documents to database
• Register applicants on the database and attribute accordingly
• Dealing with timesheets and recording hours on the database for payroll
• Sending out Invoices to clients
• Putting Job Adverts on job sites
• Ordering stationary supplies and dealing with facilities

Person specification:
Essential
• Fluent in English to native level, European languages are a distinct advantage
• Should be educated to GCSE A level at least
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
• Tenacious and resilient
• Well-spoken and articulate, good telephone manner
• Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
• Strong attention to detail and sound numeracy skills for rate calculation purposes
• Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good people person skills
• Confident and persuasive communicator
• Demonstrable questioning and listening skills
• Strong Word and Excel skills
