Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment of professionals across various industries and languages. You will work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to identify, attract, and place top talent with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Portfolio Management:

      • Build and maintain a personal client portfolio, nurturing existing client relationships and addressing their recruitment needs.

      • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions.

  1. New Business Development:

      • Generate new business opportunities by proactively identifying potential clients in need of language recruitment services.

      • Conduct cold calls and emails to introduce our services and establish rapport with potential clients.

      • Present our recruitment solutions to clients and tailor them to address their specific challenges.

  1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

      • Match candidates to job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and language proficiency.

      • Identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

      • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate their profile against client requirements

      • Support candidate through the full recruitment cycle from interview to offer

  1.  Administrative Support:

      • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate and client databases, managing paperwork, and tracking candidate progress.

      • Prepare job specifications and post them online


  • Educated to degree level, ideally in Languages, Business, or a related field

  • Strong interest in languages and cross-cultural communication.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
