Recruitment Consultant – German Speaking

LRS  (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant with fluent German language skills to join their expanding temp desk in central London . Working in a niche market, dealing with multilingual candidates for a specialist language recruitment agency, you will be responsible for a busy temp desk division where you will use your excellent communication and organisations skills.

You will be dealing with a wide portfolio of Clients, managing their accounts and being their first point of contact for their recruitment needs.

Working on a warm desk, you will be responding to high volume recruitment enquires on a daily basis. The role is varied, fast paced, yet rewarding.  You will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships and some business development (consultative) advertising, recruiting for various roles, interviewing and selecting candidates, writing profiles and presenting shortlisted candidates to the client.  You will also be required to visit and present to clients from time to time, so a confident and engaging manner is a pre-requisite.

This is a very independent role and requires a self- starter with drive and ambition who has excellent communication and organisational skills and a passion for building and managing relationships.
