Salary –Competitive basic salary with excellent commission and bonus

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) are currently recruiting a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy team. This is an Account Management role not a sales role, however, it is a very busy and independent role and you will be required to manage the needs of a high profile and lucrative Client on a day to day basis. A great opportunity for a self-starter , interested in working in a client facing role with a very well established (over 30 years) recruitment practice operating internationally in a niche sector. Some business experience would be good but full training will be given and graduates with potential will be considered for the role.
• Be the first point of contact for your client with regards to their recruitment needs, liaising by telephone and email on a day to day basis
• Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
• High level of administrative duties, dealing with a contracts of employment, timesheets, and complex holiday planner and reference checking
• Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
• Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
• Interview candidates on skype and follow up with face to face meetings
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
• Provide support for all enquiries from client and candidates
Deal with pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
• Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times
• Contribute to team meetings as appropriate
• Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management
• Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
• Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice

Person specification:
• Fluent in English to native level ( European languages very useful)
• Educated to degree level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
• Tenacious and resilient
• Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
• Attention to detail and good numeracy skills for rate calculation purposes
• Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Confident and persuasive communicator with good people skills
• Demonstrable questioning and listening skills
• ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills
• Some experience in a similar role or HR related role
• Innovative
• Second European language
