LRS are currently recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to join a fast-expanding manufacturing company fast expanding in Europe and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals with previous experience selling to building trade distributors/DIY clients.

Using your industry / product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills, you will build and grow business relationships with clients and work with colleagues on prestigious projects in the construction distribution sectors!

Regional Sales Manager - Building Trade Distribution - Main Duties:

·         Identify, qualify, target lead, and generate business opportunities covering the selected region

·         Engage with business executives about their business operations and issues

·         Organise and maintain a pipeline of potential accounts from your selected regions

·         Work closely with the wider teams to plan and execute new business ideas

·         Upsell and negotiate business contracts with new and existing clients

·         Frequent travel to UK and overseas events to promote the business

Regional Sales Manager - Building Trade Distribution - Requirements:

·         Solid experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Field Sales Manager or Business Development Manager successfully selling to building trade, construction/ distribution clients.

·         Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with and build relationships with clients

·         Highly driven with a motivation to achieve results

·         Team player, pro-active and organised

·         Persistent with the ability to overcome objections, strong conversational abilities

·         Clean driving license and availability for frequent travel
