Responsibilities of the Reservations Consultant with French

• Client reservations and upselling

• Providing detailed quotations

• Building strong client relationships

• Updating database Accurately

• Providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues

• Being a proud ambassador for the brand

• Giving clear handover information and solid team support.

Requirements:

• Outstanding English communication skills

• Bilingual French fluency

• Experience in luxury customer service or sales

• Strong attention to detail

• Availability for shift work, including weekends

(Desirable):

• Degree-level education

• Knowledge of hotel software
