Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a Reservations Team Lead with French for a Luxury hotel brand based in central London.

Responsibilities of the Reservations Team Lead with French:

  • Give support to the team to ensure timely resolution of queries.

  • Providing ongoing training for advisors

  • Coaching advisors to help them reach personal and company goals

  • Analyse the quality of communication of your team and suggest areas of improvement.

  • Liaise with different departments to communicate any issues

  • Make suggestions for improving service.

  • People management; managing absences, assessing performance.

  • Monitoring KPIs and creating reports.

 

Requirements of the Reservations Team Lead with French

  • Excellent level of English and fluency in French

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

  • Knowledge or experience of either the luxury or hospitality sector an advantage.

  • Experience leading a team desirable

  • High attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask

  • Experience with in a busy call centre environment desirable

  • Available for shift work including weekends
