Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting a Reservations Team Lead with French for a Luxury hotel brand based in central London.

Responsibilities of the Reservations Team Lead with French:
Give support to the team to ensure timely resolution of queries.
Providing ongoing training for advisors
Coaching advisors to help them reach personal and company goals
Analyse the quality of communication of your team and suggest areas of improvement.
Liaise with different departments to communicate any issues
Make suggestions for improving service.
People management; managing absences, assessing performance.
Monitoring KPIs and creating reports.
Requirements of the Reservations Team Lead with French
Excellent level of English and fluency in French
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Knowledge or experience of either the luxury or hospitality sector an advantage.
Experience leading a team desirable
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong team player with the ability to multitask
Experience with in a busy call centre environment desirable
Available for shift work including weekends
