Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a Bilingual - Russian Sales Administrator / Client Executive for their world-renowned client based in the city of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support and order processing to work for a leading company in its field of expertise.
Bilingual - Russian Sales Administrator / Client Executive – Main Duties:
- Provide first-rate account management while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Handle client’s queries and quote requests in a timely manner
- Process orders and follow-up on all delivery issues
- Effectively communicate with other internal departments, i.e. technical support, inside sales, credit control, logistics to ensure on-time delivery
- Process return queries, warranties and refunds where needed
- Confirm orders and communicate with suppliers
- Work as part of a lively international sales team, and support the sales effort

Bilingual - Russian Sales Administrator / Client Executive – Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian to Native level
- Educated to degree level preferable
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good organisation and relationship building skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to provide great customer service
- Proficient in MS office
