LRS is recruiting a French Speaking Sales Administrator for their client, an exciting marketing and design company based in Northwest England.

A well-established organisation providing for some of the world’s most well-known and leading brands, you will have the opportunity to cover the French marketplace and provide hands on support to a team of account managers.

This is an excellent opportunity if you have worked in customer service or sales support looking to progress into account management!

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator – French Speaking:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers and respond to enquiries

• Negotiate prices and contracts with clients and suppliers

• Organise a pipeline of accounts using the CRM system

• Process orders for clients and prepare quotations

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to place orders and gather documentation

• Provide hands on support to senior sales managers in a fast-paced environment

Requirements of the Sales Administrator – French Speaking:

• Fluent in French to native level and a fluent level of English

• Between a year and 18 months’ experience in either a customer service or sales support role, including Graduates with commercial experience

• Excellent team player and adaptable fast learner

• Strong communication skills

• Familiar with CRM and ticketing systems
