Excellent training is offered, to support a dynamic professional with strong client relationship building skills keen to progress in a business development role.
We are recruiting for a recruiting a Consultative Sales Executive with French or German or Dutch for a leading Business Solutions Training provider based in the heart of London. We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and "hands-on" individual to join an expanding tight-knit and professional team. The role will suit someone with some experience in business development or account management with potential to do business development, very consultative, no targets!
The Business Development team is responsible for attracting new clients as well as identifying prospects and managing the business development process. This role will be focused on the UK Market as well as Europe with potential for foreign travel to Europe.
Responsibilities of the Consultative Sales Executive with French or German or Dutch
• Grow client portfolio and support sales team in France, Germany, Netherlands and UK
• Follow up on client quote requests
• Identify potential clients, by researching and monitoring global developments
• Set up and attend meetings with perspective clients
• Liaise with internal departments to develop proposals
• Negotiate prices
• Reach positive conclusions, managing any objections or differences
• Consultative sales
• Full training on products will be provided
• Visit clients in the UK and sometimes Europe
Requirements of the Consultative Sales Executive with French or German or Dutch
• Fluent in English with an additional European language (French or German or Dutch) to business level
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in Account Management/Business development knowledge of a CRM system
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with figures and numerical data for calculation purposes
• Pro-active personality, showing initiative, the ability to prioritise, and a strong team player
If you speak fluent English with another European language such as German or Dutch or German and have some experience in business develop or account management or consultative sales and looking to progress, this could be the next step in your career
