Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a client service coordinator with French to join a prestigious international supplier for the research and life science sector.

You will be responsible for providing information, advice and scientific support to both clients and co-workers and assist with resolving complaints.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to transfer your scientific and research background to a client centric role.

 

Main Duties - Scientific Technical Support Advisor with French:

 

• Respond to queries from assigned markets in timely manner

• Responsible for both pre and post sales queries

• Investigate and resolve any product-related complaints

• Relay any scientific issues and information to product managers, research department and suppliers

• Update product and safety datasheet

• Assist other internal departments with any technical queries

• Work closely with the team, and actively contribute to improving services and products to clients

 

Requirements- Scientific Administrator with French:

 

• A degree in life sciences

• Previous Laboratory research experience in Antibody, immunology, immunology techniques or cancer research

• Fluent in Both English and French, spoken and written

• Organised, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proactive with good problem-solving skills

• Strong IT and analytical skills
