Language Recruitment Service (LRS) Is looking for a senior level Optimisation Manager / Optimisation Analyst / Digital Analyst to join a well-established fashion company in Northwest London.

You will have the outstanding opportunity to join a growing team of a well-known brand and take part in the first step of a new expansion project!

Fluency in German spoken and written is essential for this role

Senior Optimisation Manager with German - Main Duties:

• Track customer journeys on the website and partner with the wider marketing and trading teams to propose enhancements / areas of improvement

• Collaborate with online trading managers to execute trading events and implement selling strategies across campaigns

• Insight Analysis of customer journeys and analyse sales reports in order to improve customer journeys

• Ensure relevant merchandise positioning and product description, making sure they are kept up to date

• Test and trial new business ideas to drive sales

• Keep up to date with industry news and monitor competitor behaviour

Senior Optimisation Manager with German - Profile:

• Fluent English and German

• Previous experience as an optimization manager or optimisation analyst

• Analytical and proactive mindset and commercially driven

• In depth knowledge and experience with Google Analytics tools

• Excellent team player with strong influential skills

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Advanced Excel is desirable but not essential
