Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a Services and Dispatch Coordinator for our client, a globally prominent leader within the Life Sciences sector, based in Watford, North London.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating between the Services, Engineering, Sales and Customer Service departments and undertaking all administration tasks, in order to ensure a smooth support process for clients of the business.

Duties of the Client Service Coordinator:

 

  • Being a primary point of contact for all customer queries and complaints regarding repairs
  • Scheduling facilities and engineering resources to assist customers during the breakdown and malfunction of services
  • Keeping a record of process controls, service billings, quotations and reportings
  • Responsible for invoicing contracts and Workorders, renewing contracts and offers using the company’s software
  • Responding promptly to customer complaints within one hour to dispatch service engineers
  • Ordering and processing the shipping of resources for engineers or directly to customers
  • Liaising between internal and external customers to guarantee a smooth and efficient service
  • Process credit notes and re-invoicing
  • Entering data of all service tools, including calibration controls and external calibration arrangements
  • Working closely with senior Service Managers and Team Leaders for overall coordination

 

Requirements of the Client Service Coordinator:

 

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar, customer-facing environment
  • Experience dealing with customers in a B2B Services environment
  • Strong administration skills are a must
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM database, SAP are desirable
  • Time-management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
