Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for an organised Spanish Speaking Sales Coordinator to work in the London office of a European design and manufacturing company.

Your main responsibilities will include sales administration and dealing with customers directly via telephone and email. You will be working as part of a small office and friendly international team.

Duties of the Spanish Speaking Sales Coordinator

Responsible for processing orders coming in via fax, email and telephone
Dealing with English speaking customers
Sending out order acknowledgements
Ensuring that all queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
Liaising with freight administrators, warehouse, factory in Spanish
Support and liaison with the Team and providing order status updates
Assisting customers with quantity calculations

Requirements of the Spanish Speaking Sales Coordinator

Fluency in Spanish and English both written and verbal is essential
Outstanding communication skills
Experience of order processing
Excellent customer service skills are vital
Enthusiastic team player
Proficient user of MS office and quick to learn new programs
Attention to detail
Confident to work independently
