Job Title: Spanish Speaking Client Services Coordinator- Life Sciences - Fantastic Training / Work Environment - 6-month contract to be extended - North West London
Salary: £25,500 per annum

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently searching for a Spanish speaking Client Services Coordinator to work In the Export sector of a global company, within life sciences.

You will be working as part of a fabulous, friendly and multicultural team, receive full training and the chance to work for a multi-national organisation in a stimulating and thriving business. The focus of this role is delivering customer care from order entry through to final delivery and payment via thorough liaison with other departments, monitoring issues and managing the client’s expectations. If you have great communication skills and are looking for a brand-new challenge for the new year then we want to hear from right away!

Key Focus of the role: Client Services Coordinator with Spanish
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with the, Customer Care, Distribution, Finance and Sales teams
- Order processing and management, pro-active backlog monitoring
- Following up on shipments and installations and maintaining order accuracy
- Build close relationships with customers and partners, responding to queries in a timely manner
- Working as part of a team and maintaining and improving the quality of service
- Responding to queries about product information, management of service calls, managing replacements & free of charge shipments
- Monitoring query resolutions and proactive customer satisfaction calls
- Providing product knowledge and accurate information to customers
- Dealing with commercial partners and responding to queries efficiently and within set timeframes

Requirements of the Client Services Coordinator with Spanish:
- Fluency in Spanish as well as English (verbally and written)
- Italian Language skills would be a real plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal as well as organizational skills
- Competent MS Office skills
- Previous client and customer service experience
- Order Management systems experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
