Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advistor work for a major fashion company in London.
This is a temporary role for 2 months, could be exteneded, starting as soon as possible. It is a lovely company to work for with a really nice and friendly team.
This is a great opportunity to gain some office and customer service experience preferably6 in the Fashion/Retail world whilst utilising your English and Spanish language skills. You'll be working from the head offices and you’ll be answering queries via email.
Responsibilities of the Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
This is a full-time position with no night-shifts (9am -6pm)
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
• Answering client queries via email in English and Spanish
• Providing excellent customer service
• Checking orders and inputting information in the system.
Requirements of the Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
• Fantastic organisation skills
• Outstanding time-keeping
• Available to start immediately
• Experience in customer service
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Good word and excel skills
