Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for sales administrator, client service coordinator, inside sales executive or account manager to join an international and award-winning engineering company based in central London.

Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role

Main Duties, Spanish speaking Inside sales executive:

• Respond to queries and quote requests from business clients & distributors

• Process orders, investigate & resolve any order delay

• Confirm orders and provide delivery updates to clients

• Manage return-queries, warranties and refunds where needed

• Provide admin support to project & country managers as well as sales teams

• Work closely with technical support, inside sales, credit control, logistics to provide best service to clients

Profile :

• Fluent in English and Spanish to native level

• Experience working in manufacturing or engineering industries ideal

• B to B Customer service, order processing, delivery management required

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Organised with great relationship building skills

• Good problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to provide high level of client service / sales support

• Proficient in MS office and CRM systems
