Spanish Travel Representative – Main Duties

 

• Consistently deliver a high level of customer service

• Listen to clients and offer the best holiday options against their budget and requirements

• Efficiently process all documents and record queries on the internal CRM system

• Update and maintain client database

• Promote additional services and products to customers using initiative  

 

Spanish Travel Representative – Requirements: 

 

• Fluent level of both Spanish and English

• Friendly & engaging demeanour as well as outstanding telephone manner

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service 

• Aptitude for up/cross selling 

• Strong eye for detail

• Solid computer skills

• Flexibility to Work Shifts (No weekend Shift!)
