This role requires Swedish language skills as well as a background in business customer service, sales administration, delivery management or project coordination.

Swedish speaking Client operations coordinator - Main Duties:
Manage the full cycle of clients’ service requests from log in orders to invoicing
Coordinate the dispatch of parts and field engineers for installations, repairs, and maintenance work
Resolve disputes as well as stock discrepancies
Deliver excellent customer services to customers and commercial partners
build strong work relationships with internal regional managers, engineers, finance, and sales teams
Customer Service Coordinator - Profile:
Fluency in Swedish spoken and written
Fluent level of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines
Great attention to details and problem-solving mind-set
Confident user of MS Office skills and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
Previous experience in a similar role in business customer service ideal
