Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Team Assistant with Japanese for their client, a well-established B2B fashion company based in London.

A well established global company is offering this fantastic opportunity for a versatile and hands on candidate with office experience and good computer skills and Japanese language to a bilingual level, looking to further their career in a fashionable, fast moving environment.

Responsibilities of the Team Assistant with Japanese:

• Provide hands on administrative support to the marketing and sales department

• Develop relationships with key client contacts and liaise with shipping companies where needed.

• Assist with planning and logistics of trade fares and sometimes attend in person.

• Supporting marketing team to produce and finish material to dead lines

• Competitor analysis and marketing analysis, create reports for sales and Marketing team to show results.

• Dealing with client queries and sending invoices or quotations

Requirements of the Team Assistant with Japanese:

• Fluent in Japanese to native level and an excellent level of English

• Administrative, sales support or sales administrator experience is preferred

• Fast learner with good attention to detail and an analytical mindset

• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment

• Must have advanced Excel skills

• Team player with a proactive mindset
