Excellent International Technical Support / 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Support role based In Surrey / Southwest London. Flexibility to work from home three days per week.
Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently seeking a trilingual Technical Support, 1st Line Support, Helpdesk Support Advisor to join a cosmopolitan and vibrant international company.
For this role you will need fluent German with business level in English and another European language such as Spanish, Italian, French or Polish.
Technical Support Advisor with German and another language duties:
Manage queries of distributors and end users regarding technical issues of products
Handle requests via telephone, email, social media and online chat in a professional and timely manner
Recreate customer technical issues in house to investigate the problem, providing regular updates to clients
Maintain communication correspondence in the CRM systems and follow up with clients on unresolved communication
Attend site visits with the team if required to resolve technical issues
Provide monthly report to management and attend team meetings
Technical Support Advisor with German and another language requirements:
Fluent German with business level in English
Fluency in one of the following languages Spanish, Italian, French or Polish
Previous experience in Technical Support, 1st Line Support or Helpdesk Support, or Customer Service experience working for tech companies
Excellent communication skills spoken and written
Good working knowledge of computer based systems
Excellent numeracy and IT skills
