LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting for a Translation Manager to join our client’s friendly international team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in project management/account management, with line management or team leader experience. You should have a proactive and methodical approach, with the ability of managing several different workflows concurrently.


Translation Manager – Key Duties:
- Complete responsibility of the successful delivery of all language services
- Supervision of project management team, including staffing, on-boarding, performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
- Overseeing finance planning and budgeting
- Managing expansion of database of freelance translators
- Taking responsibility for any issues that arise, and addressing them in a prompt manner
- Supervision of the application of technology within the project management team
- Providing additional project support to the team when needed


Translation Manager - to apply you will have:
- Native-level fluency in English
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Translation Project Management, as well as line management experience.
- Excellent communicator and people skills, ability to effectively lead a team
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of another language is advantageous
