Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a Trilingual Customer Service Advisor – Spanish & Portuguese, for a global manufacturing company in London. You may be required to attend training in the London office and work remotely thereafter for foreseeable future.

 

As the first point of contact for customers, you will strive to deliver client service using your strong interpersonal and communication skills

Trilingual Customer Service Advisor - Main duties:

  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the company

  • Answering inbound customer queries via phone, email and social media

  • Liaising with internal departments to provide customer support

  • Logging all communications on internal system

  • Ensuring knowledge of product information

  • Carrying out ad-hoc translation and editing duties

  • Ensuring customers are kept updated

 

 

Trilingual Customer Service Advisor - Main requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese AND and English

  • Background in Customer Service or Customer Care

  • Well-spoken with friendly phone manner

  • Considerate and adaptable work approach

  • Good IT skills

  • Organised, able to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Can-do and positive mind-set
