LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting a Trilingual Customer Support Representative with French AND German OR Spanish OR Italian for their client, a cosmetics company based in the heart of London. Responsibilities of the Trilingual Customer Support Representative with French AND German OR Spanish OR Italian:

• Respond professionally and promptly to customers’ enquiries via email, phone, online chat and social media

• Process orders, returns and refunds

• Provide support with copywriting and translation

• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner

• Ensure SLAs set by management are met at all times

   

Requirements of the Trilingual Customer Support Representative with French AND German OR Spanish OR Italian:

• Fluent in French and English to native level as well as fluent German, Spanish or Italian

• Experience in a customer support or customer care role

• Excellent communication skills and a good team player

• Familiar with ticketing systems and excellent Microsoft Office skills

• Good attention to detail, ability to prioritise and good multitasking skills
