Excellent International Customer Service / Administrator role based In Surrey / Southwest London. Flexibility to work from home three days per week.

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently seeking a Trilingual Customer Service Administrator, after-sales coordinator, return administrator with German AND French to join a cosmopolitan and vibrant international company.

Responsibilities of the Trilingual Sales Administrator – German AND French:

  • Manage customer queries and returns for both German and EU markets

  • Coordinate replacements, tech support and/or refunds as per internal processes

  • Providing solutions to business client as well as end-users in an effective and timely manner

  • Tracking queries via ticketing systems, logging calls, and updating CRM systems

  • Monitor level of service and client satisfaction

  • Work closely internal departments and actively participate in improving overall experience of clients

Requirements of the Trilingual Sales Administrator – German AND French:

  • Fluent in German and French as well as English

  • Previous office experience in customer service or sales administration

  • Excellent communication skills spoken and written

  • Organised with client centric mindset

  • Positive team player

  • Good numeracy and IT skills
