Responsibilities of the Account Manager – German Speaking:

​

•Fully comprehend businesses’ requests and provide a consultative approach

•Grow existing client accounts from an existing CRM system upselling and maximising business opportunities – no cold calling!

•Deliver excellent quality service to clients, make recommendations, or suggest alternatives to meet their needs

•Communicate with industry experts to generate interest in your clients’ projects, evaluating their suitability and negotiating terms of business

•Manage, train and coach interns

Requirements of the Account Manager – German Speaking:

​

​

•Fluent in German to native level and a good level of English

•At least two years’ experience within a client facing environment, either sales, sales support, account management, customer service, customer support or recruitment

•Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent, OR a Master’s degree

•Highly driven with a motivation to hit targets and ambitious

•Excellent communication skills

•Familiar with CRM systems
