Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a B-to-B customer service advisor, sales administrator, or order processing coordinator to join an international and award-winning company based in London

Fluency in English to native level is essential. Another EU language such as Italian or Spanish would be a plus

Inside sales executive - Main Duties:

• Manage queries and quote requests from partners & dealers in a timely manner

• Process orders, manage delivery and investigate any delay

• Confirm orders and communicate with suppliers

• Provide delivery updates and offer high-level service to business clients

• Process return-queries, warranties and refunds where needed

• Ensure on-time delivery by working closely with other internal departments such as technical support, inside sales, credit control, logistics

• Work as part of a lively international sales team, and support the sales effort

Profile of the Inside sales executive,

• Fluent English to native level

• Proficiency in Italian or Spanish would be a plus

• Previous order management experience in manufacturing or engineering industries ideal

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Organised with great relationship building skills

• Good problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to provide high level of customer service / sales support

• Proficient in MS office

• confident user of CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus

This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in B-to-B customer service, sales support, order processing, wholesales, or account management dealing with complex product/produce. For this role we will also consider applicants with experience in inside sales, inbound sales, client relationship management, purchasing, supply chain, production merchandising or import/export.
