LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently recruiting a Bilingual Inside Sales Executive for their client, a global manufacturing company in West London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an expanding company where you can utilise your language skills and take on responsibility whilst working as part of a friendly professional team.

Duties of the Bilingual Inside Sales Executive with French OR German OR Spanish OR Italian OR Dutch:

  • Business development with existing clients and warm leads.

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and providing information on products

  • Processing orders and updating database accordingly

  • Keeping track of product details

  • Products demos

  • Propose products where possible.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and take part in sales meetings.

  • Dealing with international branches

  • Following inbound shipments and deliveries

  • On-line research and analysis

Bilingual Inside Sales Executive with French OR German OR Spanish OR Dutch

  • To apply for this exciting role, you will need to have:

  • Fluent English in addition to another European language

  • Previous experience in order processing and customer support

  • Some experience in Business Development/Account Management

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with the ability to make outbound calls (warm)to existing clients and bring in new business

  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS applications, Outlook, Word

  • CRM software knowledge

  • Strong customer service skills.
