Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting manufacturing and Supply chain Quality Assurance Manager for a leading international company based in London.

 

As a quality Ambassador, you will work closely with the US Head office and be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met across the whole supply chain for the European entity. You will review quality KPI’s and processes as well as report on the resolution of product quality issues.

 

This role requires fluent English as well as fluency in another European language.

Bilingual Quality Assurance Manager– Main Duties:

-    Create, review and report on Quality KPI’s

-    Investigate quality issues and apply corrective steps

-    Drive projects to improve product and processes

-    Review production & returned goods procedures as well as suppliers quality assurance documentation

-    Continuous update of quality internal documents

-    Responsible for establishing and maintaining a Culture of quality within EMEA entity

-    Develop the existing supply base to ensure the highest quality standards for product, material and services

-    Liaise with Clients on quality issues

-    Supervise QA team members

 

Bilingual Quality Assurance Manager– Requirements:

-    Solid experience in a similar role within a manufacturing setting (5 to 10 years ideally)

-    A degree in Operations, Business or Engineering

-    Knowledge of quality improvement tools, ISO 9000 and manufacturing processes

-    Fluent English with Another EU language: French OR Spanish OR Italian OR German

-    Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to prioritise

-    Capacity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment

-    Team leading skills with strong capabilities to influence co-workers and business partners

-    Quality and Client focused mindset

-    Outstanding communication skills

-    Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility

-    Creative thinker with a knack for complex problem solving
