Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is recruiting a client service specialist to join an international supplier in the health sector.

Main Duties:

  • Facilitate seamless communication among diverse stakeholders throughout the service process.

  • Initiate and dispatch service requests promptly, ensuring efficient corrective repairs and preventive maintenance work orders.

  • Initiate service requests promptly, dispatching corrective repairs and preventative maintenance work orders in an efficient manner.

  • Manage invoicing for service interventions and manage any disputes that may arise.

  • Investigate stock discrepancies thoroughly and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and commercial partners, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.

 

Customer Service Coordinator - Profile:

  • Fluency in English and German spoken and written

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised and ability to prioritise and work towards deadlines

  • Great attention to details and problem-solving mind-set

  • Confident user of MS Office skills and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
