LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is recruiting a Spanish Speaking CRM Marketing Manager for their client, a leading and well-established FMCG company based in London with a global market presence. You will provide support to the Head of CRM EMEA covering the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

Responsibilities of the CRM Marketing Manager – Spanish Speaking:

• Deliver first class CRM campaigns for Spanish and Portuguese customers and achieve maximum results

• Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, ecommerce, and IT) to understand the market and customer preferences

• Create individual CRM strategies such as campaign messaging and promotions/offers

• Build and test campaigns from the marketing cloud platform

• Ensure strategies and promotional offers are aligned with local strategies

• Ensure campaigns deliver against customer value and retention KPIs

Requirements of the CRM Marketing Manager – Spanish Speaking:

• Fluent Spanish to native level and a good level of English

• Solid experience in a CRM Marketing role, ideally in the cosmetics or ecommerce industries

• Proficient with Excel, HTML and experience using Google Analytics

• Excellent team player and multi-tasker

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
