CSM - Customer Success Manager E-commerce / SaaS Technology Duties:

• Managing Customers independently increasing customers’ base

• Account growth implementation through retention and upselling

• Accounts and client’s relationship building

• Delivery growth plans both short term and or upsell.

• Performance data analysis and insights delivery

CSM - Customer Success Manager E-commerce / SaaS Technology In order to apply for this exciting role you will need to have:

• Fluent English both written and spoken.

• Strong client relationship building experience as well as retaining and growing business skills

• Previous customer success experience

• Strong organizational skills as well as being technically savvy
